A solid-state imaging device and an imaging apparatus are provided to detect level change of predetermined supply voltage by using a voltage supply and perform a control operation so as to converge the level change, thereby minimizing acceleration during starting or sudden load change during operation. A charge pump circuit comprises a selection circuit(101), a voltage control oscillator(102), a comparator(103), an amplifier(202), a reference voltage source(203), switches(SW1~SW4), voltage-dividing resistances(R1,R2), a pump capacitor(Cp), an output capacitor(Cout), and an inverter. If output voltage is bigger than threshold voltage when a device is started or loads are suddenly changed, a value of the comparator is outputted so as to select voltage Vosc2 for fast oscillation of the voltage control oscillator. If the output voltage is lower than the threshold voltage after predetermined time, an output of the comparator is inverted and voltage is switched into Vosc1 for low speed oscillation of the voltage control oscillator. Namely, a mode is switched into a low power consumption mode for efficiency. |
