CLUTCH ASSEMBLY FOR AUTO TRANSMISSION

A clutch assembly of an automatic transmission is provided to decrease erosion due to insufficient lubrication by reliably lubricating the clutch assembly by using an oil dam member. A clutch assembly of an automatic transmission is lubricated by oil supplied from an output shaft and includes a clutch hub. An oil dam(16) for temporarily retaining the oil in a width direction groove(15) of the hub is formed at one circumference of a clutch hub(12). The oil dam includes a ring type stripe(18) and plural blocking pins(19). The blocking pins are formed to correspond to the width direction groove inside the stripe. The oil dams are concentrically implemented around the hub by using an oil dam implementation groove(17), which is formed along one terminal circumference of the clutch hub.
