摘要 An inkjet nozzle arrangement includes a substrate that defines an ink inlet channel. Integrated circuitry is positioned on the substrate. An ink chamber structure defines an ink chamber in fluid communication with the ink inlet channel and an ink ejection port in fluid communication with the ink chamber. A paddle is located within the chamber. A thermal actuator is connected to the paddle. The thermal actuator includes first and second activating arms. The first activating arm is connected to the integrated circuitry and defines a heating circuit to expand and subsequently contract with respect to the second activating arm, such that the actuator deflects reciprocally to displace the paddle to eject ink from the ink ejection port. A strut interconnects the activating arms to inhibit buckling of the actuator.
