A power supply control type distributing board of an apartment house is provided to improve convenience of a user by exposing or hiding a distributing panel through the control of a remote controller and to reduce noise by using a screw axis. A power supply control type distributing board of an apartment house includes a case(10), a distributing panel(20), a shield plate(30), a transfer device(40), a main control unit(50), a wireless receiving unit(51), and a remote controller(60). The case includes an opening unit in the center of a front surface. The distributing panel is installed on the case to reciprocate and is selectively exposed to the outside through the opening unit. The shield plate is fixed to the distributing panel and is installed on the case to reciprocate, and opens and closes the opening unit. The transfer device includes a screw axis(43), a nut(42), and a driving device(41). The main control unit controls operation of the driving device. The wireless receiving unit transmits a control signal wirelessly received from the outside to the main control unit. The remote controller includes an input unit, a control unit, and a transmission unit. |
