A hair-dye composition comprising natural materials is provided to reduce side effects caused by chemical materials and show excellent hair conditioning effect and wash-fastness, thereby being used as a useful hair-dyeing agent having excellent dyeing effect without side effects. A hair-dye composition comprises a paste and a mordant, wherein the paste includes 0.1-70 wt.% of guar gum and 0.1-50 wt.% of glycerin and the mordant is at least one selected from the group consisting of ferrous sulfate, sodium stanate, aluminum acetate, copper acetate, ferrous lactate, chromium nitrate, alum, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, citric acid, iron nitrate, ferric chloride, ferrous chloride, glacial acetic acid, tartar, tin chloride, tin sulfate, sodium sulfate, urine, calcium oxide, sodium alginate, copper sulfate, methanol, acetic acid, aluminum acetate and sodium hydroxide. The composition further comprises at least one natural material selected from the group consisting of clove, gallnut and brown seaweed. Further, the composition comprises 1 to 10 wt.% of clove powder, 30 to 60 wt.% of paste and 0.1 to 10 wt.% of mordant.
