FINAL EXTRUDING DIE STRUCTURE OF RUBBER EXTRUDER FOR TIRE

A structure of an extrusion die is provided to uniformly control the speed for extruded rubber to adjust thickness of extrusion die based on the speed by considering profile and to have a die with plural thickness controlled by increasing and decreasing speed at a certain extrusion area. A structure of an extrusion die(1) includes an upper die(1a) and a lower die(1b). An extruded rubber(3) is flow through a gap between the upper die and the lower die. Both the upper and the lower dies have sections with smaller thickness and sections with larger thickness.
