A test tray transfer device of a handler is provided to reduce the size of a base unit maximally although a support unit is enlarged, by making the length of a second guide unit formed at the base unit, shorter than the length of a first guide unit formed at the support unit. A test tray transfer device(100) of a handler is composed of a base unit(110), a support unit(120) sliding in one direction by a linear actuator(150) while supporting a test tray(T) above the base unit, and a pair of first guide units(130) formed at both sides of the underside of the support unit and extended along the movement direction of the support unit, and second guide units(140) combined on the upside of the base unit to slide for the first guide units and formed shorter than the first guide units.
