A circuit for generating source voltages of an LCD device is provided to convert immediately an abnormal display state due to static electricity into a normal display state by executing sequentially the turn on /off of a source voltage. A circuit for generating source voltages of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a power control IC(Integrated Circuit)(31), a gate high voltage generator(33), a gate low voltage generator(34), a shut down controller(35), and a reset driving unit(36). The power control IC stops supplying source voltages to plural circuit units when a shut down signal is inputted to a shut down signal terminal. The gate high voltage generator receives the source voltage from the power control IC and generates a high voltage of a gate scanning signal. The gate low voltage generator receives the source voltage from the power control IC(Integrated Circuit) and generates a gate low voltage of the gate scanning signal. The shut down controller receives a stabilization signal from external and outputs the shut down signal. The reset driving unit, formed between a high voltage output terminal of the gate high voltage generator and the ground, controls the shut down controller to output the shut down signal when static electricity is inputted to the gate high voltage generator.
