<p>A method and an apparatus for generating a GPS synchronous clock are provided to generate a clock synchronized with a GPS signal by using an RF signal always transmitted from a CDMA common network base station, thereby easily generating the GPS synchronous clock even in a room where GPS receiving efficiency is attenuated. An RF(Radio Frequency) signal processor(300) receives an RF signal transmitted from a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) common network base station(100), and converts the received RF signal into a baseband signal. Particularly, the RF signal processor receives plural RF signals, which contains different kinds of FA signals, at the same time when receiving the RF signals from the CDMA common network base station. A baseband signal processor(400) acquires a PN(Pseudo Noise) offset value from the baseband signal, and generates a GPS(Global Positioning System) synchronous clock.</p> |
