A door lock device is provided to minimize causalities by letting persons escape in an emergency state and to reduce the power consumption by using a motor with a low output. In a door lock device having a housing(10) and a dead bolt(20), an intermediate member(30) is fixed to the dead bolt. A rotating member(50) is rotatably combined to the housing and elastically biased to rotate in a direction of releasing pressure to the intermediate member. The rotating member has a press unit(53) pressing the intermediate member in order to move the dead bolt in a direction of inserting the dead bolt to the housing and an insert perforated unit(512). A rotating body(60) is rotatably combined to the rotating member. A handle pin(240) is fitted into the insert perforated unit. The handle pin is moved between the first position separated from a rotational center shaft of the rotating member and the second position separated from the first position and turned around the rotational center shaft at the predetermined distance. The handle pin is turned in the insert perforated unit to prevent the inner wall of the insert perforated unit from being pressed when the handle pin is rotated from the first position to the second position. A hanging member(70) is combined to the rotating member to turn together with the rotating member. The hanging member is moved between the hanging position disposed on a rotational path of the handle pin and the release position separated out of the rotational path of the handle pin. The hanging member is connected to the rotating body in order to move from the release position to the hanging position by interlocking the rotation of the rotating body toward one direction. When the handle pin is turned at the hanging position, the hanging member is pressed by the handle pin and rotated together with the handle pin.
