A method for controlling fuel in a bi-fuel car is provided to realize precise fuel notification and fuel switching by using a fuel value, which is converted based on the temperature and pressure of gas fuel. A method for controlling fuel in a bi-fuel car having a gasoline engine controlling unit and an interface unit comprises the step of calculating mass of gas fuel remaining in a fuel tank based on the temperature and pressure for gas fuel after ignition is turned on in the interface unit(105). The mass of gas fuel is converted into the amount of gasoline fuel to obtain a conversion fuel value(107). A fuel notification and fuel conversion for the gas fuel are executed according to the conversion fuel value(111,117).
