<p>The design is the features of shape, configuration, pattern and ornament of the 3-head dry shaver as shown in the accompanying drawings. The most significant features of the design are: In front view (Figure 2) the design having an approximately vertically elongated body smoothly sloping towards the middle to a cone shape in the lower region; just below the shaving head region towards the lower part of the design the design is divided in two shield like elements and a bullet shaped element in between the shield like elements downwards from underneath the shaving head unit the body bulges slightly before sloping extensively inwards in the lower region of the body;In rear view (Figure 3) the design having an approximately vertically elongated body smoothly sloping towards the middle to a cone shape in the lower region; downwards from underneath the shaving head unit the body bulges slightly before sloping extensively inwards in the lower region of the body; in the upper region just beneath the top there being a tongue shaped element;In side views (Figures 4 and 5) the design having a sloping P-shaped element on the shaving head unit and the body; the back of the body is slightly concave where the front part of the body is somewhat convex shaped; towards the lower part of the body the shape is slightly sloping and is smoothly rounded off; the shaving head unit in the upper region of the design is positioned on top of the body in such a way that the front part of this shaving head unit is slightly overhanging;In top view (Figure 6) the design having the shaving head unit divided into three separate shaving heads; the triple track deviation of each shaving head and the shape of the slots and holes;Drawings of the design are included.Figure 1 is a perspective view of the 3-head dry shaver;Figure 2 is a front view thereof;Figure 3 is a rear view thereof;Figure 4 is a left side view thereof;Figure 5 is a right side view thereof;Figure 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFigure 7 is a bottom view thereof.</p> |
