A transfer apparatus for standard printing of a substrate is provided to improve productivity by simplifying supply of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and coupling of the PCB to a jig by doubly installing an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder on a straight line. A transfer apparatus for standard printing of a substrate includes an upper cylinder axis and a lower cylinder axis which are installed between an upper cylinder(10) and a lower cylinder(12). A cylinder axis is installed on a cylinder inside a transfer guide rail(21) for supplying a PCB substrate electrically connecting between components or signal lines and supplies the PCB substrate by matching the substrate with a jig(27) on the transfer guide rail. The upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are installed in a vertical direction and perform continuous operation.
