An opening and closing structure of an electric wire duct is provided to prevent inflow of element substances into the duct in non-use of the duct, and to improve beauty of the exterior of a desk. An opening and closing structure of an electric wire duct includes: a guide hole(20) formed on an upper plate(2) or a leg of a desk(1), and connected to the electric wire duct(10); a frame(30) connected to an edge of the guide hole by a connection part(40), and having an opening(32) formed on the center to communicate with the guide hole; a door for closing the opening of the frame; and a detachable member(70) for making the door open and close the opening. The detachable member comprises an opened hole(72) formed on the frame, a slide groove part(74) formed on the upper and lower edges of the frame, and a slide projection part(76) formed on the door.
