A method for stabilizing internal pressure of a furnace in a combustion control system of a 500-MW boiler is provided to prevent sudden change in the internal pressure by sequentially stopping coal feeders. A method for stabilizing internal pressure of a furnace in a combustion control system of a 500-MW boiler comprises the step of preventing the internal pressure from being rapidly dropped and the step of preventing the internal pressure from being changed. The step of preventing the rapid drop of the internal pressure includes the steps of checking if the coal feeder is stopped(ST11,ST12). If the coal feeder is stopped, the amount of fuel of the coal feeder is decreased into 0 to reduce the total amount of fuel such that an opening degree of an induction ventilator is reduced(ST13,ST15).
