An inorganic polymeric acid resistant mortar composition for concrete section repair is provided to improve durability, acid resistance and heat resistance at the repaired section by comprising amorphous silicate based hydrolysis agent that aids the concrete to form -Si-O- inorganic polymeric structure combined with curing agent. An inorganic polymeric acid resistant mortar composition for concrete section repair comprises: 3-11 parts by weight of amorphous silicate based hydrolysis agent which has a form of white powder consisting of dimethyl dimethoxy silane, methacryloxypropylmethyl diethoxy silane and silica sol, molecular weight of 115-249g/mol, particle size d50 of 150-300mum, and at least two functional group; 12-34 parts by weight of alkaline silicate based curing agent consisting of at least one selected from sodium silicate, potassium silicate, lithium silicate, potassium based carbonates, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, having Si, K and Na in a molar ratio of 1:0.05-0.5:0.12-1.5; 20-48 parts by weight of alumino silicate based binder, 30-60 parts by weight of filler and 0.1-8 parts by weight of additive. The amorphous silicate based hydrolysis agent is prepared by a process comprising steps of: putting each of the solution comprising dimethyl dimethoxy silane and methacryloxypropylmethyl diethoxy silane in a ratio of 1:1 and a silica sol solution into an isopropyl alcohol solvent of ambient temperature which is stirred at 150-300rpm/min at the same time; mixing the mixture for 15-60 minutes; and pulverizing the mixture with hot air dryer at 130-180deg.C. Further, the filler is one of silica and glass powder, and the additive is one of dispersant, superplasticizer and thickener.
