The invention refers to medicine, in particular to pharmacology and gynecology. Summary of the invention consists in using diethyl phosphate of S-ethylisothiouronium as uterotonic preparation for treating uterine hemorrhages in case of hysteromyoma. The result of the invention consists in that at local use of the given medicinal preparation in 88% cases it is obtained a complete hemostasis in a short time interval and without side effects.
