The invention refers to fungicides, in particular to a process for obtaining ultrafine fungicidal composition with copper content. The process, according to the invention, includes obtaining of the sulphate or copper chloride solution by copper dissolution into a diaphragm cell, at the cathodic current density of 100à500 A/m2 and the catholyte pH of 10à12, mixing of sulphate or copper chloride solution with sulphate or aluminum chloride solution, interaction of the obtained mixture with ammonium hydroxide solution at intensive agitation with the formation of a ultrafine suspension consisting of a basic copper salt, concentration thereof by centrifugation with filtration up to the consistency of a paste, with recirculation of filtrate with sulphate or ammonium chloride content in the cell, homogenization of paste with gelatine solution, anionic surface-active agents and water, as well as treatment with ultra-sound.
