A folding type keyboard is provided to enable a user to use a desktop space efficiently by dividing the keyboard into front and rear pars in a vertical direction, connecting the front and rear part with a joint, and folding or unfolding the keyboard. A body of a keyboard is divided into front and rear parts(12,14) in a vertical direction. A joint(16) enables the front and rear parts to be folded and unfolded by connecting the front and rear part. The joint includes a control component(18) for selectively keeping a folded state of the front and rear parts. A keeping component for keeping the folded state with magnetic force is installed to a position close to the front and rear part. A rolling component(17) for smoothly moving the keyboard is installed to a lower side of the keyboard.
