METHOD FOR CONVERTING IMAGE IN REAL TIME

A method for converting an image in real time is provided to convert the wire contents received/transmitted from/to a wire/wireless interworking service by a real time converting and transmitting server quickly, and to transmit the converted wire contents to the wireless terminal as streaming data for allowing a user to use the wire contents with good quality. Wire contents containing images or video are demanded by a wireless terminal(100). Authentication information of the wireless terminal and URL of the wire contents are mapped in a session DB(300), and download and WML script are transmitted to the wireless terminal. A streaming server(400) demands a manager server(500) managing real time conversion of the wire contents based on the authentication information stored in the information DB. A real time converting and transmitting server(600) is set to convert the wire contents, the server is reported to the streaming server, and the conversion preparatory command is transmitted to the server. When the server is asked of the transfer of the wire contents, the server converts the wire contents and provides the wire contents to the streaming server. The streaming server transmits the converted wire contents to the wireless terminal as streaming data.
