An anti-theft device of a hood latch for a vehicle is provided to prevent elements from being stolen by completely fixing a release cable bush to a fixed piece with an arm and an assembling member for preventing separation from the fixed piece. In an anti-theft device of a hood latch(1) for a vehicle, one part of an arm(10) is connected to a fixed piece(1-2) by a hinge pin(h) and the other end is assembled to the fixed piece by an assembling member(S) through an assembling hole to prevent the release cable bush from being separated from a mounting groove(1a) of the fixed piece. A release cable bush(B) is inserted to the fixed piece.
