PRODUCTION METHOD OF GINSENG STEAMED RED NANO-POWDER UNDER MICRON SIZE

A preparation method of sub-micron sized red ginseng nano powder is provided to use the powder for healthful foods, medical supplies, cosmetics, and a composition for the prevention/improvement of diseases related to immunity. A preparation method of sub-micron sized red ginseng nano powder comprises the steps of: (i) selecting red ginseng, and wet-sterilizing and drying it; (ii) firstly coarse-grinding and secondly fine-grinding the dried red ginseng; (iii) adding water or ethanol to the red ginseng powder to extract fine red ginseng ingredients; (iv) removing cellulose from the obtained red ginseng liquid by a centrifuge; (v) removing monomolecules containing an ion and agrichemical substances from the red ginseng liquid; and (vi) drying the red ginseng liquid with removed monomolecules by a freeze dryer or a low-temperature hot-air dryer to make nano powder. The red ginseng nano powder has a particle size of 20~600nm.
