A method and a system of user interest advertisement service of a user setting method using TV are provided to generate the user preferable interest advertisement information and advertisement exposure information and to transmit the information to an advertisement server in order to set interest advertisement by a user directly and to output the advertisement with several shapes while broadcasting. A user advertisement schedule is received from an advertisement server and then displayed(S301-S307). When at least one advertisement is selected, user preferable interest advertisement information is generated and is transmitted to the advertisement server(S309-S315). The stored advertisement is searched and displayed on TV by using the user preferable interest advertisement information(S317). Advertisement exposure information, containing at least one of advertisement information, advertisement time, an advertisement method, and user information, is transmitted to the advertisement server(S319). The advertisement server calculates, accumulates, and settles advertisement points by using the received advertisement exposure information(S321).
