An operation system of karaoke machine is provided to allow a user to play last few songs in consideration of remaining play time of the machine so as to finish the last song if desired. An operation system of karaoke machine performs the processes of: setting time for playing the karaoke machine(50); discriminating whether song reservation is possible by comparing the set time with remaining time as the machine starts to play(150); successively playing reserved songs until a predetermined time for proceeding to last few songs(400); discriminating whether the predetermined time has come, and if so, proceeding to last few songs(200,300); and finishing the play of the song when the set time is up(500).
