An organic light emitting diode display is provided to discharge heat generated from an organic light emitting diode device by including a cap with a metal coating layer. An organic light emitting diode display includes an organic light emitting diode device(54a) and a cap(56). The organic light emitting diode device is formed on a front surface of a transparent substrate(52) to emit heat through the transparent substrate. The cap surrounds the organic light emitting diode device with an interposed inner air layer(104). The cap has a glass and a metal coating layer(62) coated on the glass. The metal coating layer has a junction surface with the transparent substrate. |
