HIGH QUALITY PORK BY FEEDING RICE HULL VINEGAR LIQUOR AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

Feed with a chaff liquid, high-quality pork fed on the feed, and a method for producing the pork are provided to enhance the taste and quality of pork. Feed for weaned piglets comprises at least 1wt% of a chaff liquid to prevent colibacillosis. Feed for fed pigs comprises 1~4wt% of a chaff liquid. The feed for weaned piglets is supplied for 2weeks, and the feed for fed pigs is supplied for 60days. Thus, the feed for fed pigs is effective in increasing the body weight gain, feed palatability and feed conversion ratio of pork, reducing the back fat thickness, increasing the protein content, reducing the cholesterol content, and improving sensory properties.
