A mounting structure for a fender panel is provided to reduce assembly cost and to improve exterior appearance by dividing a fender mounting bracket into two pieces and forming two slot grooves to adjust assembly tolerance. In a mounting structure for a fender panel, a fender panel assembly(60) is connected to a vehicle(55) by using fender mounting brackets as a medium. The fender mounting bracket is composed of a first fender mounting bracket(65a), and a second fender mounting bracket(65b). The first fender mounting bracket has a first slot groove to vertical direction to allow a bolt(70a) to penetrate and assembled at a lower end to horizontal direction, and of which an upper end is welded to the vehicle. The second fender mounting bracket is assembled to the slot groove of the first fender mounting bracket by penetrating a bolt to horizontal direction, and has a second slot groove(70b) at the lower end to horizontal direction to assemble the fender panel assembly. The bolt is penetrated to the second slot groove to vertical direction.
