The method involves reading an audio file comprising a succession of dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) type audio signals representing a set of data before a reception terminal extracts and decodes the signals for subsequent processing of the data by a computerized system. The assembly is converted into the signals of the file, where the file is copied on a digital audio reader i.e. portable telephone (6). The file is integrated in a video/musical type multimedia file, transferred on the reader and stored on a personal computer (1) before being transferred on the reader.
