The device (1) has masses (2) connected to a double-sided strip type adhesive material (3) for forming a lug, where the masses are made of a rigid material e.g. zamac and steel. The masses are connected together by an articulation unit that includes a male element (21) and a female pattern cavity (22) formed on edges of the respective masses. The element is housed in the cavity, where the element and the cavity are in the shape of dovetail such that non-parallel opposed surfaces (23) of the element are opposite and parallel to non-parallel opposed surfaces (24) of the cavity.
