The bolt has a bushing provided with a wedging zone in a bore, and a thread bushing for receiving a lock washer (15). Opening frames (5) are placed at 120 degrees and forms a base. The frames are placed in a hollowed part of the rod and maintained by an O-ring housed in a groove (1-5) of the frames. The frames are supported on an inaccessible surface of the elements in an open position when the bushing is screwed by displacing the rod through shoulder (4-1). The shoulder permits opening of the frames against a spring cord (11).
