Stretchable plastic film, for packaging food products, comprises three layers (1a, 1b, 1c), the two outer layers being of low density polyethylene, while the intermediate layer is of high stretchable polyethylene mixed with components to provide a sticky effect to the film by avoiding the formation of vapor. An independent claim is included for the manufacturing process of the film (F), comprising stretching the film, after leaving from an extruder to make different layers, in two successive steps with a stretch ratio of the first step being higher than that of the second step.
