The blade (10) has an intermediate wall i.e. plate (40), with vertical orientation cooperating with a lower surface of a casing (12) and a portion of a convex cylindrical surface (22) of a screened concave cylinder (20) in face to face and sealed manner for longitudinally dividing the casing into two distinct compartments containing liquid fluid. A rear portion cooperates in sealed manner with a portion of lower surface of the casing. An arc shaped front portion of the plate cooperates with a portion of the convex surface of the cylinder in face to face and sealed manner.
