The method involves implementing tying clips connected with each other by a flexible micro-flap (28), where the clips are molded by a bunch of clips of single part by forming a circle. The circle is assembled by clipping the clips with each other for constituting a spiral band (21) such that the assembly of the band turns in a body of a device. The clips possess a tab for maintaining tying up wires and assuring traction of the assembly and a curved tab for securing the position of wires. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method of tying vineyard.
