A fully differential AB class amplifier using the single ended two-stage amplifier and an AB amplifying method using the same are provided to reduce an installation area of a two-stage amplifier, to perform operations at a low voltage, and to obtain a high slew rate and a high gain. A fully differential amplifier includes a fully differential amplifier of a first single ended current mirror type and a fully differential amplifier of a second single ended current mirror type. The fully differential amplifier of the first single ended current mirror type outputs a first output signal by amplifying a difference between a first input signal and a second input signal in a two-stage amplification manner. The fully differential amplifier of the second single ended current mirror type outputs a second output signal by amplifying the difference between the first input signal and the second input signal in the two-stage amplification manner. A first tail of the fully differential amplifier of the first single ended current mirror type is connected to a second tail of the fully differential amplifier of the second single ended current mirror type. The first and second signals are differential signals.
