摘要 A manual transmission of a vehicle having an automatic synchronization function is provided to prevent the generation of imperfect synchronization in advance by generating high pressure-fluid for assisting synchronization. A high-pressure forming unit(14) is installed at a right side of a third main shaft(13). A connector unit(17) is installed on a connecting part between a second main shaft(12) and the third main shaft. Plural transmission units(15) are installed on the third main shaft and the second main shaft. The high-pressure forming unit includes an oil inlet unit, a taper roller bearing, an oil room, a case, and a plug. A high pressure oil input hole is formed on the oil inlet unit. The taper roller bearing is prepared between the third main shaft and the oil inlet unit. The oil room is installed at a left side of the taper roller bearing. The case is connected to the oil inlet unit. The plug connects the oil inlet unit to a fourth main shaft(18). The transmission unit includes a hub gear, a hub sleeve, a synchro device, a clutch cone, a gear, a needle bearing, a gear sleeve, a hub nut, and a sealing washer. The hub gear is spline-coupled to the second main shaft. The hub sleeve is installed on an upper portion of the hub gear. An outer synchro ring, a middle synchro ring, and an inner synchro ring of the synchro device are installed to implement synchronization with the hub gear. The clutch cone is coupled to the synchro device. The gear is coupled to the clutch cone. The needle bearing is installed on a lower portion of the gear. The gear sleeve is installed between the needle bearing and the second main shaft. The hub nuts are installed at both ends of the hub gear. The sealing washer is installed between the hub gear and the hub nut.
