A message automatic response system is provided to offer a MARS(Message Automatic Response Service) corresponding to a service code in the form of multimedia data when a user inputs and transmits the service code having a specific number, a code or a name through a mobile terminal. A message automatic response system comprises a hosting server(110), a mobile terminal(160), and an operation server(120). The hosting server manufactures and manages each MARS information by providing a webpage-based interface environment to each service provider so as to manufacture multimedia data-type MARS information containing MARS-associated service categories and templates. The mobile terminal inputs and transmits a service code to use a desired MARS and receives, deciphers and executes MARS information. The operation server provides the MARS information corresponding to the service code to the mobile terminal and executes the desired MARS.
