A built-in wall water service box for construction without reinforcing rod damage and a constructing method thereof are provided to reduce noise caused by water hammering by employing a damping pad and cable ties. A built-in wall water service box for construction without reinforcing rod damage comprises a built-in member, an inner cover(30), and an open cover(50). The built-in member has a plurality of pipe holes for hot and cold water pipes and an open front side. The inner and open covers close and open the open front side of the built-in member. The built-in member includes upper and lower reinforcing rod holders(11,12), and socket mounting portions. The upper reinforcing rod holder is installed at the top of the built-in member and formed like a hook facing backwards. The lower reinforcing rod holder, which is installed at the bottom of the built-in member, holds reinforcing rods. The socket mounting portions is formed near the pipe holes and concaved inwards to allow a double pipe socket to be installed. The built-in member has the same height as the thickness of a reinforced concrete wall so that the reinforced rods arranged in the wall need not bending or cutting. The built-in member further includes a damping pad and cable tie fastening portions. The damping pad attaches to the rear side of the hot and hold water pipes or connection pipes in the built-in member so as to reduce noise caused by water hammering. The cable tie fastening portions form in the built-in member to fasten the hot and cold water pipes with cable ties. |
