#CMT# #/CMT# The oven has a terracotta oven (2) placed in a steel frame (1) and heating wood, where the wood oven is mounted on rollers (5). An insulator (3) is provided between the frame and the terracotta oven and is made of expanded clay and calcium oxide. A door (4) is mounted on hinges at the front of the wood over for permitting introduction of dishes and for closing the oven. A serving tray (6) permits storage of wood or presenting dishes during cooking. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Wood oven for cooking meal, fish, slice, cake, bread or Danish pastry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The wood oven is mounted on rollers, so that the oven is easily displaced without any danger. The insulator permits external contact of the wood oven without any high heat source, and interiorly maintains the heat for long time.
