The method involves forming a flocked support from a temporary support (1) i.e. polyester terepthalate film, covered by a temporary adhesive (2) i.e. thermosetting polymer, that maintains fibers of a flocking (3), in place, where the fibers are made of rayon. The support is positioned in an injection mold of a part e.g. textile, to be manufactured, such that the fibers are oriented towards the interior of the mold. A melting polymer is injected in the mold through an orifice (4), and the molded part is removed from the mold. The temporary support and the adhesive are peeled from molded part.
