The accessory (10) has a maintaining unit i.e. thin attachment (17), provided in a case to arrange a deflecting wall (14) against an outlet of a pipe (6) and to orient an electrical wire towards the exterior of the case, where the accessory is manufactured by thermoforming of a plastic film. The wire leaves via the pipe. A ribbed hollow cylindrical wall (13) is truncated by an oblique surface forming the wall, where the surface is axially concave or transversally convex.
