The clamp (1) has a front half-clamp (2) and a rear half-clamp (3) for jointly surrounding a conduit. The half-clamps have ends forming legs (4, 7) and provided with holes (11, 12). The legs are positioned with respect to each other and are transversely fixed with each other by a machined screw (13), where the holes are threaded. The half-clamps are formed in the same metal sheet strip which defines the two opposite legs. The leg (4) is oppositely positioned to a leg (6) for fixing the legs (4, 6) to each other by the screw. An independent claim is also included for a system comprising a clamp.
