<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electron emission element utilizing, in particular, carbon nanotubes, in relation to a manufacturing method of an electron emission element. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of an electron emission element includes: a first step of preparing a conductive substrate, paste containing carbon nanotubes, and conductive paste; a second step of applying the conductive paste to the conductive substrate, and thereafter forming a conductive layer by drying the conductive paste; a third step of applying the paste containing the carbon nanotubes to the conductive layer, and thereafter forming an electron emission layer containing carbon nanotubes by drying the paste containing the carbon nanotubes; and a fourth step of drying and roasting the conductive substrate, the conductive layer and the electron emission layer containing the carbon nanotubes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
