PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for economically producing a surface-modified film and to provide a highly surface-modified film. SOLUTION: The method for producing a film is characterized by that a resin composition comprising a polyolefin resin and an antistatic agent in an amount of 0.02-0.5 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the polyolefin resin is formed into a film and then at least one side of the film is subjected to a corona treatment in a rare gas atmosphere.
