PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a battery pack which can efficiently output and regenerate, composed of a plurality of identical batteries. SOLUTION: The control device of a battery pack controls to output and revive a current of a battery pack composed of a plurality of batteries. An output controlling means selects, based on a battery voltage, a battery out of a plurality of them from which a current is taken out and makes the battery output the current. Concretely, a battery advantageous for outputting is selected and an output controlling is carries out. Furthermore, a revival controlling means selects, based on a battery voltage, a battery out of a plurality of batteries for which a revival is carried out and controls a revival of the selected battery. Concretely, a battery advantageous for a revival is selected and a revival controlling is carried out.
