PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic encoder capable of properly detecting a magnetic force. SOLUTION: This magnetic encoder 16 includes a multipolar magnet 23, wherein each magnetic pole is arranged alternately in the circumferential direction, and a slinger 24 for holding the multipolar magnet 23.
