PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a bending amount of a connection arm part of a ball holding part. SOLUTION: A ball housing recession 14 on an outer side surface of a pair of the ball holding parts 11 is opened to an inner peripheral end surface of an endless circulation passage 9 of the ball holding part 11. Therefore, the ball holding part 11 can be slid to the direction opposite from the opening direction of the ball housing recession on the outer side surface of the ball holding part 11, that is, a rolling element circulation passage outer peripheral side, and movement of the ball holding part 11 to the rolling element circulation passage outer peripheral side is not regulated by adjacent balls 4, and the ball holding part 11 can be moved to the outer peripheral side of the endless circulation passage when the ball 4 housed in the ball housing member 5 changes its direction in the endless circulation passage. Thus, the bending amount of the connection arm part 12 can be reduced compared to the method where a spherical recession in correspondence with a curved surface of the ball 4 is formed on the outer side surface of the ball holding part 11.
