PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structures of an inside bearing wall and a waterproof layer in a basement and a construction method for them for reducing thickness of an external wall and preventing a burden from being applied on the waterproof layer by constructing the external wall and the inside wall integrally when constructing the basement. SOLUTION: In the structures of the inside bearing wall and the waterproof layer in the basement and the construction method for them, a water cut-off plate is provided in a joining part of a pressure proof panel and the external wall, the waterproof layer is constructed at the whole periphery of an underfloor corner part coming into contact with the pressure proof panel and the external wall, and a space is provided to prevent a wall side floor part of the inside bearing wall from coming into contact with the waterproof layer by using a separator to construct the inside bearing wall and the external wall integrally.
