PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat anchor device, capable of improving the appearance in a use state where a tether of a child seat is attached to a tether anchor and in a non-use state where the tether is not attached to the tether anchor while improving the assembling property with a minimized number of part items, and preventing deformation of a cover or disconnection thereof from a partition trim, which results from catching of another matter to the cover without hiding the backward view in the use state. SOLUTION: The device comprises the tether anchor 2 for the tether of the child seat, which is attached to a partition panel 1 in the rear of a seat; the partition trim 3 covering the partition panel 1 from above, the trim 3 having an opening part 4 opened above the tether anchor 2; and a cover 5 which moves along faces 3M and 3N of the partition trim 3 to open and close the opening part.
