PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire inner pressure alarm device capable of preventing resin excellent in water resistance and vibration resistance from wrapping around into a pressure sensing part of a pressure sensor without providing a wall or a dedicated seal member in the pressure sensor. SOLUTION: An elastic member 11 arranged between the inner surface of a casing 2 and the front side of the pressure sensing part 8 of the pressure sensor 1 not only reduces a possibility that liquid and a foreign matter in a tire directly reach the pressure sensing part 8, but also increases the degree of intimate contact between the pressure sensing part 8 and a labyrinth structure, and prevents a potting agent 9b from wrapping around into the pressure sensing part 8. The elastic member 11 constitutes at least a part of the labyrinth structure, and thereby the pressure sensor 1 does not require the wall, and the pressure sensing part 8 does not require the dedicated seal member.
