PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing instrument for an endoscope that is utilizable through a flexible endoscope, which can transfer a needling power efficiently to a curved needle, rectify a needling position freely, furthermore miniaturize a whole outer diameter, and operate the endoscope and the suturing instrument with ease. SOLUTION: This suturing instrument for an endoscope includes: a suturing instrument 1 with a curved needle 2 to suture the organization of a living body; a rotating disk 3 to operate the curved needle 2; and a driving wire 4, wherein the curved needle and the driving wire are arranged at the distal end part of the suturing instrument 1, and a flexible endoscope 27 which is combined with the suturing instrument is included.
